Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, text messaging program, and related online services operated by Comfort 360, Inc. (“Comfort 360,” “we,” “our,” or “us“), a licensed heating, cooling, and electrical contractor located at 12800 NE 95th St., Vancouver, WA 98682.
By using our website or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or our text messaging program.
These Terms govern our website and messaging services. They do not replace the written estimate, proposal, work order, or service agreement you sign for any work we perform at your property. Where those signed documents address a subject, they control.
1. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only: to learn about our services, request service, and manage your relationship with us. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the site;
- impersonate another person or submit false information through our forms; or
- use the site to transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without notice.
2. Requesting Service and Estimates
Submitting a form on this website is a request for service or information. It is not a binding contract, and it does not obligate us to provide service. A service relationship begins only when we confirm an appointment with you and, where applicable, when you accept a written estimate or sign a work order.
Pricing, availability, promotions, and service areas shown on this website may change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
3.1 Program description
Comfort 360 operates a text messaging program for customers who have requested heating, cooling, or electrical service from us. Messages relate to your appointment and your service job, and include:
- appointment confirmations and reminders;
- notifications that a technician is on the way to your service address;
- notices that an estimate or invoice is ready for you to review; and
- direct two-way conversation with our dispatchers and field technicians about your scheduled job.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
3.2 How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Comfort 360 when you:
- provide your mobile number on a contact or appointment scheduling form on this website, where a consent disclosure appears directly beneath the phone number field;
- give verbal consent to our office staff while booking an appointment by phone; or
- send a text message to our published business number, beginning the conversation yourself.
We do not text anyone who has not requested service from us. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties for messaging.
3.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your scheduled service. A typical customer receives approximately 3 to 6 messages per service job, sent around the time of the appointment. Customers on an annual maintenance agreement receive approximately 12 messages per year.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Comfort 360 does not charge you for text messages. Any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your own plan.
3.5 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also call us at (360) 891-2665 or email info@mycomfort360.com to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service, your warranty, or your ability to reach us by phone.
3.6 How to get help
Reply HELP to any message from us, call (360) 891-2665, or email info@mycomfort360.com.
3.7 Delivery and carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device. This program supports mobile numbers in the United States.
3.8 Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3.9 Eligibility
This program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older with a mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages in the United States.
4. Phone Calls and Recording
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from us regarding your service or account. Calls to and from our offices may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training. You may ask us not to call you at any time.

It does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnification
