Grateful for the quality service
We installed AC with Comfort Air/360 several years ago and also chose a maintenance plan with them because we have an old furnace we’re trying to keep alive. In addition to regular maintenance check-ins, we got a great discount on duct cleaning which includes the clothes dryer vent. Between allergens being worse than ever and our pets, I’m so glad we did this service - it’s disturbing what collects in the vents of an old house! Carlos was our technician who was considerate, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even took time to fix a duct that had disconnected and to educate us on a few things to extend the life of our system. We’re grateful for the quality service.

Rob was amazing.
Rob, our technician, was amazing. Super polite and professional. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes. He replaced the capacitor, and installed a float valve. Now our AC and heater are working just in time for hot days and the upcoming winter. They were able to get me an appointment within 2 days. We had a wonderful experience and are satisfied with the service. 5 stars!!!

Jason and Zack arrived around 12:45. I showed them where they could access the heating/cooling system. We had a friendly chat about where he was raised and why he had moved out here from Virginia. Then they got right to work. They covered their shoes with protectors which I appreciated. When finished, Jason explained what they had done and the amount still owing. Please send me a paper copy of what he and Carlos did. I don't have a computer nor a printer.

Honesty and Communication Stand Out
When our heat pump stopped working last fall, I attempted to schedule a service with several of the well-known companies. They either didn’t call me back, or were scheduling two weeks out. I then called Brenda at Comfort Air, Inc., who was able to schedule a service within 3 days, so I grabbed it! Before Zach (our service tech) arrived, Brenda sent a text advising us that he was on his way, as well as a picture of Zach. He arrived at the early end of the appointment window. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. We were so impressed that we bought a service plan from him. Last Sunday night, the pump stopped again. This time, it was bitterly cold out! I sent Brenda a text. She responded first thing in the morning on Monday and sent Daniel that afternoon. Communication was as excellent as it was the first time. Though our first issue with the pump was clearly related to a power surge, this one appeared to be related to a bad job on the original installation, so Daniel took pictures which he shared with the company’s electrician, and also advised Brenda so we could schedule a service with the electrician. Jason was here today. Like Zach and Daniel, he arrived early in the time window, and Brenda sent his picture with the information that he was on his way. Having reviewed the pictures from Daniel, he said he had noted some issues that concerned him. He was happy to do only the work we had already agreed to, but had brought along a surge protector when he saw from the pictures that we didn’t have one. In every instance, the cost to us was discussed up front, which meant no surprises. There was absolutely no pressure to go beyond agreed-upon services, or to replace our unit. The unit was here when we bought the house, and we assumed it was old, but Zach assured us it was only a few years old, so we appreciate the honesty. I know this review is long, but the honesty, communication, and commitment to providing timely service is worth it. I highly recommend Comfort Air, Inc.

Quickly Had My House Back Up
I called the morning of my appointment to no heat. I called several other places first with nobody able to help on short notice. I was able to get an appointment.
