Technician Zach of Comfort 360 came to our house for our annual inspection and performance evaluation of our furnace and AC unit. He was polite and thorough and clearly explained everything he was doing, as well as the results. We have been working with Comfort 360 (previously Comfort Air) since they installed our new system 13 years ago. I highly recommend Comfort 360.

Hired Comfort 360 for a job and they sent out a tech named Jason, and I am pleased with the work. Truly top quality, highly recommend this company for any HVAC or electrical that you need done! Had multiple different companies come out, and they took days to fix my issues. They used a band-aid approach and overcharged to only have the same issue resurface again and again. I was at my wits' end, then decided to use Comfort Air 360, and my issue was fixed correctly, up to code, and never had any issues since.

I appreciate it when companies show a picture of their worker who is coming into your home to do services. Austin was on time and gracious and got right to work. He kept his work area clean and only entered the house from one area. We hardly knew he was there. He made sure to outline the benefits of keeping our silver membership without being pushy. Hired Comfort 360, and Jason, their electrician, came out of town last second to tie up a bunch of loose ends for my company. The amount of experience and knowledge that this electrician has is insane because not only was he good at the labor, he was able to understand all the diverse situations of all the complicated problems and handle them thoroughly in a very quick, fixed amount of time. Very happy with Jason. Out of all of the electricians that I have hired before, undoubtedly the best. 10 out of 10, would recommend and will use again in the future. He really came in on a pinch for us and saved the day.

If you’re considering replacing, upgrading, or installing any kind of air conditioning system to your house, I can say with complete and utter honesty that you need to go through Comfort 360. I knew I needed to replace and upgrade my current mini-split system (it had already been installed when I purchased my house), but I was scared of the cost and the amount of effort it would take to do it. I went through the usual routes people take before starting each big project by asking myself, “Could I DIY this to cut the cost? Surely it wouldn’t be too hard.” Boy am I glad I didn’t do that. I reached out to multiple companies in the Vancouver area for quotes, but none of them were as responsive, friendly, and clear as Comfort 360. If you want a company that cares about your comfort, happiness, and overall stress, please look no further. Andy was my advisor and I couldn’t be happier. He was absolutely amazing when he came by my house to check out my current system. He was respectful of my house, my animals, and answered all my questions thoroughly. As a woman, I haven’t always had the best experiences while dealing with tradesmen/professionals like this. But I can confidently say that Andy is one of a kind. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions or not understanding how my mini-split system works to begin with. If you can, ask for Andy! He’s amazing! The day of install I met the electrician, Jason, who would be helping install my new system. He was courteous and polite, while also being upfront about any challenges there might be. He worked quickly and relentlessly, which made the install go by much faster. The actual contractors that installed the new system were so professional and quick. They were also very considerate of my house and careful not to leave my doors open so my cats might escape. Overall, my experiences with Comfort 360 was fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough!
