Grateful for the quality service
We installed AC with Comfort Air/360 several years ago and also chose a maintenance plan with them because we have an old furnace we’re trying to keep alive. In addition to regular maintenance check-ins, we got a great discount on duct cleaning which includes the clothes dryer vent. Between allergens being worse than ever and our pets, I’m so glad we did this service - it’s disturbing what collects in the vents of an old house! Carlos was our technician who was considerate, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even took time to fix a duct that had disconnected and to educate us on a few things to extend the life of our system. We’re grateful for the quality service.

Rob, our technician, was amazing. Super polite and professional. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes. He replaced the capacitor, and installed a float valve. Now our AC and heater are working just in time for hot days and the upcoming winter. They were able to get me an appointment within 2 days. We had a wonderful experience and are satisfied with the service. 5 stars!!!
